Q. Can I change the password on my stream?
A. yes, there is a laptop in our Second Life office that changes passwords, just touch it.
Q.Can I change my package from weekly payment to monthly?
A. Yes, whenever you touch the payment laptop in the office, it will ask you if you want to pay monthly or weekly.
Q.Whats the best way to contact Secondstreams urgently?
A. If you have an urgent issue the quickest way to get in contact is on our 24 hour support line. Email or other forms of support can take up to 24 hours. There is a list of our worldwide support numbers HERE.
Q.Someones I dont know is using my stream? What can I do.?
A.This has happened occasionally, not really sure why or how. If you grab a free Stream control HUD from our in world shop it has a function to 'kick and ban the current DJ' which will see off the ner-do-well, its a good idea to change your passwords with it at the same time too.
A.Yes!. To listen to your stream on the web the link is the same as your Secondlife link with /listen.pls appended on the end like
http://s8.secondstreams.com:8890/listen.pls
Or you can go ditectly to your URL, like
http://s8.secondstreams.com:8890/
and the is a 'Listen' Link at the top of the page anyone can use to tune into your stream. Your stream will also work with most major web streaming radio players.
